Print detailed, precise prototypes with high thermal stability

Whether you're optimizing your manufacturing process, rapidly iterating through designs, or assessing form, fit, and function, Formlabs Engineering Resins are formulated to withstand extensive testing and perform under stress.

High Temp Resin has a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238°C @ 0.45 MPa the highest among Formlabs resins. Use it to print detailed, precise prototypes with high thermal stability.

  • Separate Resin Tank required for High Temp Resin V1 and V2.
  • Supports print resolutions: 100, 50, and 25 microns.
  • Post-curing required.

Formlabs High Temp Resin (Form 3) – 1L

Formlabs High Temp Resin is engineered for applications requiring superior heat resistance, precision, and strength. With one of the highest heat deflection temperatures (HDT) in the Formlabs resin lineup, it's ideal for prototyping parts exposed to hot air, steam, or fluid flow. Whether you’re testing injection molding tools or crafting functional thermal components, this resin delivers reliable results.

  • Extreme Heat Resistance: With a high Heat Deflection Temperature, this resin withstands intense thermal conditions without deformation.
  • High Precision Printing: Supports resolutions of 100, 50, and 25 microns—perfect for detailed, high-tolerance applications.
  • Reliable Mechanical Strength: Ideal for heat-resistant jigs, fixtures, molds, and functional testing components.
  • Durable Performance: Built to maintain structural integrity under continuous or intermittent heat exposure.
  • Post-Curable for Peak Properties: Post-curing maximizes heat resistance and mechanical strength for high-performance parts.

Who It’s For and How to Use It:
High Temp Resin is perfect for engineers, product developers, and manufacturers who need to prototype or produce heat-resistant parts quickly and affordably. Use with a separate Resin Tank (V1 or V2) to avoid cross-contamination. Compatible with Form 3, 3B, 3L, 3BL, and Form 2 printers. Post-curing is essential to achieve optimal thermal and mechanical performance.
